Split chicken breast horizontally into two.
Season the chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, seasoning cube, and cayenne pepper.
Fry it for about 3 minutes on each side until fully done, allow to rest for 15 minutes then shred it.
Transfer one part of the dough to a floured surface.
Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten.
If the dough is shrinking too much when flattening, cover with plastic wrap, cover and allow to rest for an additional 20-30 minutes to relax the gluten.
When the dough is flat(about an ½ a cm, transfer to a pizza pan. Flatten the dough again in pizza pan.
Top the dough with pizza sauce, then freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, seasoned chicken, bacon bits and sliced bell peppers.
Heat your oven to 450°F (232°C)
Bake the pizzas at 450°F (232°C) for 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Once baked, slice the pizzas and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade chicken pizza!
